Owner of Invest in your Sole© is a Board Certified Master Reflexologist and Registered naturotherapy Practitioner Ina qualified as a Reflexologist by completing a comprehensive 2 year, 2300-hour diploma course in 2002 with The School of Effective Reflexology Methods in South Africa. The course syllabus consisted of advanced reflexology, anatomy & physiology, pathology, nutritional counseling, ICU protocols, Aspects of Chinese medicine, homeopathy and phyto-medicine, bio mechanics, Bach flower remedies for emotional imbalances and the basics of pharmacology. Ina’s teacher and mentor, Liz Graham, administered the school, her course secured accreditation with the Department of Education and the Allied Health Professionals Council in South Africa; and due to the professional nature of the course Ina was able to work in hospitals and ICU as well. Ina’s passion for therapeutic reflexology led to her lecturing the course for The School of Effective Reflexology Methods while also maintaining a successful full-time practice while in South Africa. Teaching reflexology is a highlight in her career which further ingrains her love for what is her passion and chosen life’s path. She is now offering advanced Reflexology workshops across North America and more notably in association with (RAC) and their Reflexology Chapters. Ina has the strong belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself physically, emotionally and mentally and that reflexology is a most excellent tool to assist in this process. As a result she has had numerous positive outcomes with pain, digestive issues, fertility, emotional blocks, pre and post-surgery care, support the effects and improvement of medical issues, circulation, structural issues and many more... Ina’s particular interest in fertility and pregnancy led to her undertaking a Doula course while in South Africa to further enhance the health of mothers in her practice. She prides herself on being a ‘people person’ and it brings her great joy to be able to help others. As a result she welcomes a diverse group of ages and cultures to her practice and she treats every individual with the dignity, care and respect they deserve. In the years of In the 14 years of practicing Ive had a 98% success rate with fertility. Ina came to Canada in July 2007. She currently manages a successful practice in the west end. Since coming to Canada she has also undertaken further study to enhance the energy side of her work as she is naturally intuitive and has a skill to assess the whole body via the feet. She has a particular interest in quantum healing and has completed a course in Quantum Touch, successfully incorporating it into her reflexology practice. She continually adds to her education having expanded her training in essences to include plant, gem and sea essences and many other training in the complimentary medicine field. Also further did a 600 hour introduction to plant medicine. Ina Clarke believes that life’s journey that has brought her to where she is today has added a richness to her life that she looks forward to sharing with others while assisting them in helping them seek their own richness. She is passionate about people's well-being and being well! |
